摘　　要：通信技术对通信企业至关重要,它是企业维持长期发展的关键因素。只有建立高效的通信系统,才能保障企业的利润。随着信息技术的发展,市场竞争日益激烈,企业必须提升核心竞争力。为了确保通信事业的可持续发展,必须加强对工程管理系统的建设和完善,以便有效地解决存在的问题。充分利用信息技术来提高管理效率,是确保工程项目全过程管理的关键。企业应持续加强建设有效性控制,并充分利用UML软件工程技术,以全面、准确的方式分析工程系统,构建具有科学性和可操作性的模型。Communication technology is crucial for communication enterprises as it is a key factor in maintaining long-term development.Only by establishing an efficient communication system can the profits of enterprises be guaranteed.With the development of information technology,market competition is becoming increasingly fierce,and enterprises must enhance their core competitiveness.In order to ensure the sustainable development of the communication industry,it is necessary to strengthen the construction and improvement of engineering management systems in order to effectively solve existing problems.Fully utilizing information technology to improve management efficiency will be the key to ensuring the full process management of engineering projects.Enterprises should continue to strengthen effective control of construction and fully utilize UML software engineering technology to analyze engineering systems in a comprehensive and accurate manner,and build models that are scientific and operable.
