摘  要:高职是为我国社会主义建设培养高素质技术技能人才的主阵地,在教育领域得到前所未有的重视。本研究根据高职教育特点初步总结了一套高职“大思政课”教学业绩评价指标集,利用德尔菲法对402位专家展开意见征询,确定了包括思政课教师、辅导员、非思政课教师教学业绩为一级指标,50个二级指标的评价体系,并以层次分析法(AHP)计算出各项指标权重,发现各类评价对象中的“师德师风”权重最高。可见本研究的指标体系可以为同类院校开展“大思政课”工作提供参考依据。High vocational education is the main position for cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents for China's socialist construction,and has been given unprecedented attention in the field of education.This study summarized a set of evaluation indexes for teaching performance of“General ideological and political course”in high vocational education,and used the Delphi method to solicit opinions from 402 experts to determine the evaluation index system including the teaching performance of teachers of ideology and political course,counselors,and teachers of non-ideology and political course as the first-level indexes and 50 second-level indexes,and calculated the weights of the indexes with hierarchical analysis method(AHP),and found that the"ideology and politics"in each type of evaluation object is the most important one.The hierarchical analysis method(AHP)was used to calculate the weights of the indicators,and it was found that"teacher ethics"had the highest weight among the various evaluation objects.It can be seen that the index system of this study can provide a reference basis for similar institutions to carry out the work of“General ideological and political course”.
