摘　　要：老年健康教育服务高质量供给是实现健康老龄化的重要途径,对于维护老年人自身健康、增进家庭和睦、促进社会和谐等具有重要意义。借助吉尔伯特的社会福利政策分析框架,对老年健康教育服务高质量供给的现实困境进行审视,发现分配基础普遍性不够、给付内容优质性不高、输送系统高效性不强和资金保障持续性不足是其主要困境。为此,要从推动均衡发展、提高服务质量、破除系统障碍、转变筹支方式等方面着手推进老年健康教育服务高质量供给。High-quality supply of health education services for the elderly is an important way to promote healthy aging,which is of great significance for maintaining the health of the elderly themselves,enhancing family harmony and promoting social harmony.Using Gilbert’s social welfare policy analysis framework to examine the realistic dilemmas of providing high-quality supply of health education services for the elderly,it is found that the main dilemmas are insufficient universality of distribution basis,low quality of payment content,low efficiency of delivery system and insufficient sustainability of financial security.To this end,it is necessary to advance the high-quality supply of health education services for the elderly from the aspects of promoting balanced development,improving service quality,breaking system barriers,and changing funding methods.
