摘　　要：克莱恩-莱文综合征(Klein-Levin syndrome, KLS)也称周期性过度嗜睡,以反复发作的严重嗜睡伴认知、精神和行为异常为主要表现,该病罕见,目前尚无特效治疗。该病发病早期间隔时间短、反复发作,随年龄增长,发作持续时间、严重程度和频率均减少甚至不再发作。本例个案报道1例KLS患者,分析其临床表现、检验检查及治疗效果,并进行相关文献复习。Klein-Levin Syndrome(KLS),also known as periodic excessive sleepiness,is characterized by recurrent severe sleepiness with cognitive,mental and behavioral abnormalities.In the early stage of the disease,the interval is short and the number of repetitions is frequent.With the increase of age,the duration,severity and frequency of the attacks all decrease or even no longer occur.This patient of KLS was studied.The clinical manifestations,examinations and treatment effects were analyzed,and relevant literature review was conducted.
