摘 要:在当前以知识经济和创新能力为核心驱动力的信息时代,人才被普遍视为影响经济社会发展的首要资源,其重要性日益凸显。河南省积极响应国家高质量发展目标要求,致力于将郑州市打造成为区域经济中心及重要人才交流枢纽。然而,现阶段郑州市外国人才智力引进工作仍面临诸多挑战。因此,深入剖析制约外国人才智力引进的症结,并探索科学有效的人才引进策略显得尤为重要。文章旨在构建一套科学、可行、创新的人才引进机制,以期提升郑州市在外国人才智力引进工作方面的管理水平,进而推动郑州市成为人才荟萃的科技创新高地。International talent exchange and cooperation are vital driving forces for the exchange and mutual appreciation of human civilization.Therefore,the principle of mutual benefit and win-win should always be adhered to,introducing more foreign talents to participate in China's modernization,so as promote exchanges and cooperation between China and foreign countries,and jointly promote the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind.In recent years,Zhengzhou has introduced a batch of foreign high-caliber talents who can make breakthroughs in key technologies,develop high-tech industries,and drive emerging disciplines in key areas of economic and social development.However,at present,there are still some issues.Therefore,the article sets out to explore the factors that constrain the introduction of foreign talents,and explores innovative strategies,in order to enhance the management level,and promote the implementation of city revitalization relied on talents and innovation-driven strategy.
