摘 要:印刷企业为防止订单状况多、管控疏漏等问题,提升生产效率,大多引入高级计划排程APS(Advanced Planning and Scheduling)系统,全盘考虑印刷企业内外资源与能力,实现企业生产管理的全局优化目标。本文论述并讨论了APS高级计划排程系统在软包装印刷企业中的应用情况和发展趋势,并针对APS在软包装印刷企业中的应用,提出了基于系统集成和生产线建模的APS印刷车间场景建模方法,希望能对未来的相关研究起到借鉴作用。In order to prevent the problems of many order conditions and control omissions,and to improve the production efficiency,most of the printing enterprises have introduced the Advanced Planning and Scheduling(APS)system,which takes into account the internal and external resources and capabilities of the printing enterprises,and achieves the global optimisation goal of the enterprise's production management.This paper expounds and discusses the application and development trend of the APS advanced planning and scheduling system in flexible packaging printing enterprises,and for the application of APS in flexible packaging printing enterprises,it proposes a modelling method based on the system integration and production line modelling of the APS printing workshop scenario,as well as a reference to the future related research.
