摘　　要：UUID(Universally Unique Identifier)通用唯一标识符,存放在SMBIOS结构的System information(Type 1)中。UUID可以用于各种各样的目的,每一次烧录BIOS时UUID都会被更改为初始值,所以如果对UUID有需求就需要对其进行重新烧录。过去BIOS可以兼容legacy和UEFI时,烧录工具可以在DOS下运行,但是随着BIOS平台的更新换代,以后BIOS将不再兼容legacy,烧录UUID的工具也需要更换为UEFI Shell下的。为了能尽量覆盖绝大多数产品,提供了针对不同架构的两个烧录工具,一个针对X86架构,一个针对ARM架构。The full name of UUID is universally unique identifier.It is stored in Type 1 in the SMBIOS structure.UUID can be used for various purposes,and it is changed to its initial value once the BIOS is beening update.Therefore,if necessary,UUID needs to be update.In the past,BIOS was compatible with legacy and UEFI,and the update tool could run under DOS.However,with the updates and upgrades of the BIOS platform,BIOS will no longer be compatible with Legacy in the future,and the tool for updating UUID will also need to be replaced with UEFI Shell.In order to cover the vast majority of products as much as possible,this paper provides two update tools for different platforms,one for X86 architecture and one for ARM architecture.
