摘  要:随着经济的迅速发展,如何有效地推进电力市场化改革,做好供电服务营销,是当前电力企业面临的重要课题。从电力市场化改革的现状来看,电力企业在市场竞争中仍然存在一些不足,必须深刻认识到电力营销所面临的各种困难,加强营销管理和优质服务,提高市场竞争力和客户满意度,实现供电企业效益和社会效益双赢。文章针对面向市场的供电服务营销策略进行研究,旨在做好电力营销体系的建设,有效提升电力企业的市场竞争力。With the rapid development of the economy,how to effectively promote the market-oriented reform of electricity and do a good job in power supply service marketing is an important issue faced by current power enterprises.From the current situation of electricity marketization reform,power enterprises still have some shortcomings in market competition.It is necessary to deeply understand the various difficulties faced by electricity marketing,strengthen marketing management and high-quality services,improve market competitiveness and customer satisfaction,and achieve a win-win situation for power supply enterprises and social benefits.The article conducts research on market-oriented marketing strategies for power supply services,aiming to establish a sound power marketing system and effectively enhance the market competitiveness of power enterprises.
