摘　　要：智慧校园包含园区内设备设施、智能系统、集成平台、大数据技术平台、业务平台、决策和计划平台,应用于园区管理、教学管理、后勤保障、日常办公、园区安全、文化宣传等方面。智慧校园包含数字视频监控系统、电子巡更系统、周界防范系统3部分,其中电子巡更系统存在人员排班,无法实现24 h覆盖巡更线路和非巡更线路的巡检任务,而周界防范系统误报率高,设备故障多,无法实现稳定持续的周界监控功能。文章采用视频流作为输入媒体,采用先进的识别分类模型,实现电子巡更系统24 h全覆盖业务功能,解决周界防范系统误报率高和人为破坏的缺点,加强校园周边和重要区域的安防业务功能。A smart campus includes equipment and facilities,intelligent systems,integrated platforms,big data technology platforms,business platforms,decision-making and planning platforms within the park,which are applied in park management,teaching management,logistics support,daily office work,park safety,cultural promotion,and other aspects.The smart campus includes three parts:digital video monitoring system,electronic patrol system,and perimeter prevention system.The electronic patrol system has personnel scheduling and cannot achieve 24-hour coverage of patrol and non patrol lines.The perimeter prevention system has a high false alarm rate,multiple equipment failures,and cannot achieve stable and continuous perimeter monitoring functions.The article uses video streaming as the input medium and advanced recognition and classification models to achieve 24-hour full coverage of the electronic patrol system,solving the high false alarm rate and human damage of the perimeter prevention system,and strengthening the security business functions of the surrounding and important areas of the campus.
