摘 要:在水处理行业,稳定的进水水量是保持出水水质稳定的关键。目前,大多数生活污水提升泵站所采用的浮球与变频频率调节相结合的控制方式,普遍存在出水稳定性不够、水泵单元能耗浪费较高、无法与污水处理厂联动调控等问题。文章介绍了一种在组态软件WinCC上基于PI控制策略来实现水泵自动化调频的脚本编程方法,该方法可以根据污水处理厂的实际水量需求反馈至生活污水提升泵站,并实时稳定泵站的出水水量,达到稳定水量、节约能耗、联动控制的目的。基于组态软件WinCC的普遍性,该方法能够有效并广泛应用于水处理行业,并且已达到预期效果。In the water treatment industry,a stable inflow is undoubtedly the first hurdle to maintain stable effluent quality.At present,the control method combining float ball and variable frequency regulation used in most domestic sewage lifting pump stations generally has problems such as insufficient effluent stability,high energy consumption waste of pump units,and inability to coordinate with sewage treatment plants for regulation.This article introduces a method of implementing automatic frequency regulation of water pumps based on PI control strategy by using script programming on the configuration software WinCC.This method can provide feedback to the domestic sewage lifting pump station based on the actual water demand of the sewage treatment plant and stabilize the outlet water volume of the pump station in real time,achieving the goal of stable water volume,energy conservation,and linkage control.Based on the universality of the configuration software WinCC,this method can be effectively and widely applied in the water treatment industry,and has achieved the expected results.
