摘　　要：数据化革命引发全社会对于数据治理问题的思考,面向现代化的档案数据治理体现着档案管理智慧化转型的必然趋势、档案利用服务高质量发展的内在需要以及档案数据内涵属性的本质要求。基于此,面向现代化的档案数据治理关键在于主动融入国家大数据战略、不断健全完善档案数据治理方法要素、借助语义技术激活档案价值。并结合数据治理现代化发展的规划和要求从赋能档案信息精准服务、赋能档案智库型服务、赋能文化遗产开发保护三方面提出面向现代化的档案数据治理的实践应用方向。The rise of data-driven technologies has sparked a societal shift in how we approach data governance issues.The modernization of archive data governance reflects the inevitable shift towards intelligent transformation in archive management,the growing need for high-quality development of archive utilization services,and the essential requirements for maintaining the integrity of archive data.Key to modern archive data governance is the active integration into national big data strategies,continuous enhancement of archive data governance methods,and unlocking the value of archives through semantic technology.In line with the modernization of data governance development,this article proposes practical directions for modern archive data governance focusing on empowering precise archive information services,establishing archive think tank services,and supporting cultural heritage development and protection.
