摘　　要：本文结合高校思政工作与思政档案管理的实际,以《学校思想政治档案管理指南》为例分析了档案地方标准编制的原则与路径,编制过程与方法,对通过标准化管理充分发挥思政档案的作用进行了分析,对相关档案地方标准的编制具有参考价值。This article delves into the practical aspects of ideological and political education in universities and the administration of ideological and political archives.Using the Guidelines for the Management of School Ideological and Political Archives as a case study,it examines the principles,processes,and methods involved in developing local standards for archives.Furthermore,it explores how standardized management can enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political archives,offering insights for the formulation of relevant local archive standards.
