数智赋能视域下西藏高校档案学一流专业建设路径研究

摘　　要：西藏高校档案学一流专业应对数智时代数字化转型、人工智能等的挑战,以国家、自治区相关政策、行业规划、标准、要求为支撑,对接西藏经济社会发展和档案行业特色发展需求,探索创新,通过数智赋能教学基础设施建设、师资队伍建设、专业培养方案调整和课程建设等四个方面,促进档案学省级一流专业建设,着力提升档案学专业人才培养质量,为西藏档案学专业教育和档案事业的崛起与变革蓄力,推动西藏档案领域数字化智能化。The first-class major of archival science in XAR universities should meet the challenges of digital transformation and artificial intelligence in the era of digital intelligence.Supported by the relevant policies,industry plans,standards and requirements of the state and the Xizang Autonomous Region,it should meet the needs of Xizang's economic and social development and the featured development of archival industry.In order to improve the quality of teaching and training in archival science,the construction of provincial-level first-class major of archival science should proceed from these four aspects:the construction of digital intelligence-enabled teaching infrastructure,teaching staff training,the adjustment of teaching programs and the construction of courses.
