摘　　要：随着城市化进程加快及人们对空间品质的要求不断提高,办公类建筑品质提升迫在眉睫。华谊综合大楼既是城市地标性建筑,又是现代化、高效能的总部办公楼,从功能分区与空间布局、流线设计及室内外环境营造等方面着手进行综合分析,探索新时代办公类建筑品质提升策略。With the acceleration of urbanization and the continuous improvement of people’s requirements for spatial quality,it is urgent to improve the quality of office buildings.The Huayi Comprehensive Building is not only a landmark building in the city,but also a modern and efficient head-quarters office building.From the aspects of functional zoning and spatial layout,streamline design,and indoor and outdoor environment creation,the comprehensive analysis is conducted to explore strategies for improving the quality of office buildings in the new era.
