摘 要:基于对橡胶和金属材质停车楔问题分析,从结构、材料和工艺3个途径设计开发了一种轻量化的塑料停车楔。选用玻璃纤维增强聚丙烯复合材料注塑成型,利用Moldflow模流分析软件对成型过程进行仿真,分析出了最佳浇口位置,并进行了“填充+流动+翘曲”分析;在得到的较优成型工艺参数基础上,选择了合适的注塑机,设计了注塑模具;经参数校核满足使用要求;批量制造了塑件,并进行了性能检测。结果表明,设计开发的塑料(PP+30GF)停车楔,注塑成型较好,产品净重0.96 kg,与橡胶和金属材质产品相比,减重幅度分别为86%和75%,轻量化效果显著;在实现较好止退效果的同时,还具有成本低的经济性优势。A lightweight plastic parking wedge was designed and developed from three aspects of structure,materials and technology,which based on the analysis of the existing rubber and metal parking wedges in the market.Glass fiber reinforced polypropylene composite was selected for injection molding,and the molding process was simulated.The optimal gate position and“filling+flowing+warping”were analyzed with mold flow analysis software.The appropriate injection molding machine was selected and the injection mold was designed,which were obtained on the basis of the better molding process parameters.Then the parameters were checked,it meets the usage requirements;The plastic parts were prepared in batches and their properties were tested.The results showed that the net weight of the plastic(PP+30GF)parking wedge which had good injection molding,was 0.96 kg,compared to rubber and metal products,the weight reduction was 86%and 75%,respectively,and had good lightweight effect and economic advantages.
