摘 要:聚对苯二甲酸己二酸-丁二醇酯(PBAT)是目前产业化较为成熟的生物降解树脂,其不仅具有苯环的刚性,还具有脂肪族链段的柔性,其有利于加工、使用,但是,PBAT的耐水解性较差、货架期较短。因此,采用环氧型扩链剂和多异氰酸酯类扩链剂对可生物降解聚酯PBAT进行增黏实验,利用GPC、DSC、万能拉伸机、熔体流动速率测试仪等设备测试产物的相对分子质量、端羧基含量、力学性能及老化速度。并且,对产品进行吹膜,测试了薄膜的透过率及雾度,比较了2种扩链剂对PBAT的影响。采用化学增黏的方法,有效地提高了PBAT的耐湿热性能,降低了分子降解速度。Poly(butyleneadipate-co-terephthalate)(PBAT) was a biodegradable resin that was relatively mature in its industrialization. It had the rigidity because of the benzene ring and the flexibility thanks to the aliphatic chain segments.So it had the advantage of being easy to process and use. However, there were certain problems with its heat resistance and the shelf life of PBAT. In this paper, an epoxy type chain extender and a polyisocyanate type chain extender were used to conduct viscosity increasing experiments on biodegradable polyester PBAT. Gel Permeation Chromatography(GPC), Differential Scanning Calorimetry(DSC), universal tensile machine, melt finger tester, scanning electron mfrcroscopy(SEM), and other testing process were conducted to characterize the molecular weight, carboxyl end group content, mechanical properties, and aging rate of the product. The chain extender products were blown, and the transmfrttance and haze of the film were tested. The advantages and disadvantages of the two types of chain extenders in PBAT were pointed out by comparing their effect in improving the performance of out product. By means of chemfrcal tackifying, the heat resistance of PBAT could be effectively improved and the molecular degradation rate could be reduced.
