摘 要:阐述一种片内集成的高精度时钟振荡器电路,起振核心部分采用环形振荡器架构,典型输出时钟频率为9.8MHz。该电路内部集成初始频率校准电路及温度补偿电路,电路在经过初始频率校准后,输出时钟频率可以实现比较好的温度特性。测试结果表明,该电路在-45~125℃的温度范围内,频率的偏差能控制在±1%的精度范围内。该电路采用55nm工艺实现,电路的整体功耗在60μA之内,版图面积约为50 000μm^(2),启动时间小于20μs。为了降低输出频率的电压特性,该电路由内部集成的LDO供电。This paper describes a high-precision on-chip integrated clock oscillator circuit,with a ring oscillator architecture used as the starting core and a typical output clock frequency of 9.8MHz.The circuit integrates an initial frequency calibration circuit and a temperature compensation circuit internally.After initial frequency calibration,the output clock frequency of the circuit can achieve good temperature characteristics.The test results show that the frequency deviation of the circuit can be controlled within an accuracy range of±1%within the temperature range of-45~125℃.The circuit is implemented using 55nm technology,and the overall power consumption of the circuit is 60μA,the layout area is approximately 50000μm^(2),startup time less than 20μs.In order to reduce the voltage characteristics of the output frequency,the circuit is powered by an internally integrated LDO.
