摘　　要：阐述基于通信网络的智能继电保护系统构成特点,该系统主要由物理层、数据链路层和通信网络层组成。提出系统优化措施,包括升级继电保护技术、实现系统网络化和数字化、运用自动整定技术。This paper describes the characteristics of an intelligent relay protection system based on communication networks,which mainly consists of a physical layer,a data link layer,and a communication network layer.It proposes system optimization measures,including upgrading relay protection technology,achieving system networking and digitization,and utilizing automatic setting technology.
