摘　　要：阐述智能电表与集抄系统构成,探讨线损管理中的智能电表集抄系统功能,包括数据传输与存储、电能计量与冻结、计量智能参数,以及动态监控电量数据、线损远程监控。This paper describes the composition of smart meters and centralized reading systems,and explores the functions of smart meter centralized reading systems in line loss management,including data transmission and storage,electricity metering and freezing,intelligent metering parameters,as well as dynamic monitoring of electricity data and remote monitoring of line loss.
