摘　　要：学习成果是指学习者在完成了相关课程之后所取得的理想效果,包括知识、能力、素质等。电工电子实习是一门理工科专业学生必修的重要实践课程。通过学习实践,学生能够了解现代生产的应用设备,掌握现代电工电子工程制造技术。在教学过程中,改革电工电子实习教学模式,将成果导向教育理念引入教学活动的各个环节,整体提升教学质量。实践证明,基于成果导向的教学模式能够激发学生学习专业技能的兴趣和热情,有助于培养契合社会需求的应用型人才。Learning outcomes refer to the ideal results that students can achieve after completing the course,including:knowledge,ability,quality and so on.Electrical and electronic practice is an important course for students majoring in science and engineering.Through practice,students can understand the application equipment of modern production and master modern electrical and electronic engineering manufacturing technology.In the teaching process,reforming the teaching mode of electrical and electronic practice,introducing the resultsoriented thinking into all aspects of teaching activities,and the overall quality of teaching has been improved.Practice has proven that the outcome-based teaching mode greatly stimulated students'interest and enthusiasm in learning professional skill sand be helpful to cultivate applied talents that meet the needs of society.
