摘　　要：对接产业发展对人才的战略需求,以机械专业创新人才培养为核心,立足长江大学行业特色和办学实际,围绕协同与特色两个关键,做好顶层规划,转变人才培养理念,完善课程体系,改革教学方法,强化师资队伍,拓展校企协同育人实践平台,提高人才培养质量。通过不断研究与实践,机械专业人才培养取得了良好成效,为机械专业创新人才培养提供了理论和方法支持。同时,也为其他专业人才培养提供了借鉴。Match the strategic needs of industrial development for talents,focusing on the cultivation of innovative talents in mechanical engineering.Based on the industry characteristics and running practice of Yangtze University,and centering on the two keys of synergy and characteristics,We conduct top-level planning,transform the concept of talent cultivation,improve the curriculum system,reform teaching methods,strengthen the teaching staff,expand the practical platform for collaborative education between schools and enterprises,and improve the quality of talent cultivation.Through continuous research and practice,the cultivation of mechanical professionals has achieved good results,which provides theoretical and methodological support for the cultivation of innovative talents in mechanical majors.At the same time.It provides a reference for the training of other professionals.
