摘　　要：目的:了解2018—2022年高坪区居民恶性肿瘤死亡状况,为制定恶性肿瘤防控措施提供参考依据。方法:从人口死亡信息登记管理系统下载2018—2022年高坪区户籍死亡数据进行整理,统计分析不同性别、年龄人群的恶性肿瘤死亡情况。结果:2018—2022年高坪区居民恶性肿瘤共死亡5401人,年均粗死亡率为181.61/10万,标化死亡率为122.79/10万,男性恶性肿瘤粗死亡率高于女性。45岁及以上居民恶性肿瘤死亡率随年龄增长显著上升,至80~84岁组达到最高。在分年龄组死亡顺位中,0~14岁组以白血病为首,15~44岁组以肝癌为首,45岁及以上组以肺癌为首。恶性肿瘤死亡顺位前5位依次是肺癌、肝癌、食管癌、胃癌、结直肠癌,占全部恶性肿瘤死亡的74.76%。结论:肺癌和消化系统恶性肿瘤是威胁高坪区居民健康的主要恶性肿瘤,应重点关注男性和中老年人群,切实做好恶性肿瘤的三级预防工作。Objective To understand the mortality of malignant tumor among residents in Gaoping District from 2018 to 2022,and provide reference for the prevention and control of malignant tumor.Methods The death data of Gaoping District from 2018 to 2022 were downloaded from the Population Death Information Registration Management System,and the malignant tumor deaths in different gender and age groups were statistically analyzed.Results From 2018 to 2022,a total of 5401 cancer deaths were reported in Gaoping District,with the annual crude death rate of 181.61/100000 and the standardized death rate of 122.79/100000.The crude death rate of malignant tumor in males was higher than that in females.The cancer mortality increased significantly with age in residents aged 45 years and above,and reached the highest in the 80-84 age group.In the age-specific death order,leukemia led in 0-14 years old group,liver cancer led in 15-44 years old group,and lung cancer led in 45 years old and above group.The top five cancer deaths were lung cancer,liver cancer,esophageal cancer,stomach cancer and colorectal cancer,accounting for 74.76%of all cancer deaths.Conclusions Lung cancer and digestive system cancer are the main malignant tumors threatening the health of residents in Gaoping District.It is necessary to pay more attention to males and middle-aged and elderly people,and the tertiary prevention of malignant tumors should be strengthened.
