摘  要:目的研究在微创根管治疗中应用新型生物陶瓷材料iRoot SP的临床效果。方法选取100例本院于2022年3月—2023年5月收治的微创根管治疗患者,应用随机法分组,分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。其中观察组采用新型生物陶瓷材料iRoot SP填充,对照组采取AH-PLUS糊剂填充,比较两组治疗有效率、治疗前后牙周健康状态(牙周探诊深度、龈沟出血指数、牙龈指数、牙菌斑指数)、术后疼痛评分、术后观察期间急症反应发生率以及不良反应(瘙痒、红肿、肿痛)发生率。结果治疗6个月后,观察组、对照组治疗有效率比较,观察组更高(P<0.05);术后1、3、5、7 d,观察组疼痛评分相比对照组均更低(均P<0.05);治疗后,观察组牙周探诊深度、龈沟出血指数、牙龈指数、牙菌斑指数等指标水平均低于对照组(均P<0.05);随访6个月,观察组急症反应发生率以及不良反应发生率均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论应用新型生物陶瓷材料iRoot SP微创根管治疗,可提高患者治疗效果,使患者疼痛减轻,有利于患者口腔健康。Objective To study the clinical effect of applying the novel bioceramic material iRoot SP in minimally invasive root canal therapy.Methods A total of 100 cases of minimally invasive root canal treatment patients in our hospital were selected and grouped into observation group and control group by applying randomization method,with 50 cases in each group.The observation group was filled with iRoot SP,a new bioceramic material,and the control group was filled with AH-PLUS paste,and the two groups were compared in terms of the treatment efficiency,the periodontal health status before and after the treatment(periodontal probing depth,gingival groove bleeding index,gingival index,and plaque index),the postoperative pain scores,the incidence of acute reactions during the postoperative observation period,and the incidence of adverse reactions(itching,redness,swelling,and pain).Results After 6 months of treatment,when comparing the treatment efficiency of the observation group and the control group,the observation group was higher(P<0.05);at 1,3,5,and 7 d postoperatively,the pain scores of the observation group were lower compared with those of the control group(all P<0.05);and after the treatment,the levels of the periodontal probing depth,gingival sulcus bleeding index,gingival index,and plaque index of the observation group were all lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05);at 6 months of follow-up,the incidence of acute reactions as well as the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Minimally invasive root canal treatment with iRoot SP,a new bioceramic material,improves patients'treatment results,reduces patients'pain,and facilitates patients'oral health.
