摘  要:目的研究早期干预在早产儿语言发育迟缓中的应用效果。方法选择我院2019年6月至2023年4月收治的96例早产儿语言发育迟缓患儿为主要研究对象,将所选患儿按照入院先后顺序分为两组,对照组48例,观察组48例。对照组采用常规康复干预方法,观察组采取早期干预措施,比较两组患儿的治疗有效率以及干预前后语言水平、社会行为能力、家长满意度。结果干预后观察组患儿的治疗有效率为91.67%,高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05);干预后,观察组语言理解能力、语言表达能力、交流态度、基本操作能力等语言水平各项评分均高于对照组(均P<0.05);干预后,观察组独立生活能力、交往能力、集体活动能力、自我管理能力等社会行为能力各项评分均高于对照组(均P<0.05);干预后观察组患儿家长护理技巧、护理态度、交流与表达、护理认可等家长满意评分均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论针对语言发育迟缓的早产儿,通过早期干预手段,具有良好的治疗效果,可以在很大程度上提高患儿的语言水平,增强患儿社会行为能力,提高了患儿家属的满意度。Objective Examining the efficacy of early intervention in preterm infants with speech delays.Methods Ninety-six cases of children with delayed language development in preterm infants admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to April 2023 were selected as the main research subjects,and the selected children were divided into two groups according to the order of admission,48 cases in the control group and 48 cases in the observation group.The control group adopted conventional rehabilitation intervention methods,and the observation group adopted early intervention measures,comparing the treatment efficiency of the two groups,as well as the language level,social behavior ability,and parental satisfaction before and after intervention.Results The treatment effectiveness rate of the children in the observation group after the intervention was 91.67%,which was higher than that of the control group,which was 75.00%(P<0.05);after the intervention,all the scores of the language level of the observation group,such as language comprehension,language expression,communication attitude,and basic operation ability,were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05);after the intervention,all the scores of social behavioral ability such as independent living ability,interaction ability,collective activity ability,self-management ability,etc.in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05);and the scores of parental satisfaction such as parental nursing skills,nursing attitude,communication and expression,and nursing approval were higher than those in the control group in the observation group after the intervention(all P<0.05).Conclusions For preterm infants with delayed speech development,early intervention means have good therapeutic effect,which can improve the language level of the children to a large extent,enhance the children's social behavioral ability,and improve the satisfaction of the children's families,which is worthy of popularization.
