摘 要:目的评价基于问题的教学法(PBL)联合手术观摩法对周围血管科医学实习生的带教效果。方法将2020年9月—2022年9月北京中医药大学东直门医院周围血管科接收的150名临床实习生作为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组75名。对照组实施传统带教模式,实验组采用PBL联合手术观摩教学法。以理论知识成绩、病例分析成绩、中医换药技术成绩、总满意度等为观察指标,评估PBL联合手术观摩法的带教效果。结果实验组理论知识成绩、病例分析成绩、中医换药技术成绩较对照组均有所提升(P<0.05);实验组总满意度96.00%(72/75)明显高于对照组的84.00%(63/75)(P<0.05);实验组学习兴趣、临床思维能力、临床实践能力显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在周围血管科带教实习生过程中选择PBL联合手术观摩法具有良好的效果,为周围血管科的教学提供了有效参考,值得推广。Objective To evaluate the teaching effect of PBL combined with surgical observation teaching method on medical interns in the peripheral vascular department.Methods A total of 150 clinical interns received in Dongzhimen Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine from September 2020 to September 2022 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 75 cases in each group.The traditional teaching method was used in the control group,and the PBL combined surgical observation teaching method was used in the experimental group.The basic and clinical examination results,satisfaction degree and teaching effect were used as observation indexes to evaluate the teaching effect of PBL and surgical observation teaching method.Results The results of theoretical knowledge,case analysis and medicine changing technique in experimental group were improved compared with those in control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of experimental group was 96.00%(72/75),which was significantly higher than in the control group(84.00%,63/75)(P<0.05).The learning interest,clinical thinking ability and clinical practice ability of experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL and surgical observation method for interns in peripheral vascular surgery has a good teaching effect,which provides an effective reference for the teaching of peripheral vascular surgery of traditional Chinese medicine,and is worth popularizing.
