天人相应指导下应用五脏背俞穴埋线治疗慢性疲劳综合征临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察天人相应理论指导下应用五脏背俞穴埋线治疗慢性疲劳综合征(CFS)的临床效果。方法将60例CFS患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用节气时五脏背俞穴埋线治疗,对照组采用五脏背俞穴常规针刺治疗。比较两组临床疗效和疲劳量表(FS-14)评分。结果治疗后,两组FS-14评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05),但组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组总有效率为86.67%(26/30),高于对照组的80.00%(24/30),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论天人相应理论指导下,应用五脏背俞穴埋线和五脏背俞穴常规针刺治疗CFS,均能显著改善患者疲劳症状,且两种治疗方法效果相当。Objective To observe the clinical effect of embedding thread at Wuzang back-shu point in the treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome under the guidance of the theory of correspondence between heaven and man.Methods The 60 patients with chronic fatigue syndrome(CFS)were randomly divided into observation group and treatment group.The observation group was treated with embedding thread at Wuzang back-shu point during solar terms.The control group was treated with routine acupuncture at Wuzang back-shu point.The effectiveness and Fatigue Scale(FS-14)scores of the two groups were compared after one course of treatment.Results After treatment,the FS-14 scores in both groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05),but there was no statistical significance between groups(P>0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 86.67%(26/30),which was higher than that of the control group(80.00%,24/30),but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Under the guidance of the theory of the correspondence between heaven and man,the application of embedding thread at Wuzang back-shu point has a definite effect on the treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome.
