中医药治疗小儿抽动障碍的研究进展

摘　　要：小儿抽动障碍即小儿多发性抽动症(TD),也称抽动秽语综合征、Tourette综合征、发声与多种运动联合抽动障碍、多发性抽动症,是抽动障碍的一个临床类型。随着中医药的不断发展和普及,为该疾病的治疗积累了丰富经验。文章主要综述了小儿TD中医病因病机、治疗思路、常用方药、针灸推拿疗法等研究现状。以期为该病的临床研究和创新治疗提供更多的参考依据。Pediatric tic disorder(TD)is pediatric multiple tic disorder,also known as Tourette syndrome,vocalization and a variety of sports combined with tic disorder,multiple tic disorder,is a clinical type of tic disorder.With the continuous development and popularization of traditional Chinese medicine in China,rich experience has been accumulated in the treatment of this disease.This paper mainly summarized the research status of traditional Chinese medicine pathogenesis,etiology,treatment principle,internal treatment,acupuncture and massage in children TD,in order to provide more reference basis for the clinical research and innovative treatment of this disease.
