摘 要:中医临床能力是新医科背景下中医药高等教育最重要的目标要求之一,也是新时代中医学本科人才培养的重要发力点。此研究以构建有机融合的经典课程体系、改革传统单一的经典课程教学方法、配合全程多元的经典课程考核方法为重点,基于经典课程临床化构建中医病案-中医经典知识网络,并在此构架下研究考试与评价方式,依次递进分解重构课程体系,在经典理论教学与临床教学、实验教学中实施分级学习、考核;明确经典学习不同阶段理论与临床实践技能掌握的水平要求,构建中医病案知识网络设计多元化试题与考核、评价方式;将中医临床能力与跨学科知识的培养融合,旨在深入探索中医经典教学、临床教学的内在规律。The clinical ability of traditional Chinese medicine is one of the most important goals and requirements of higher education of traditional Chinese medicine under the new medical background,and also an important driving force for the cultivation of undergraduate talents of traditional Chinese medicine in the new era.This research focused on the construction of an organically integrated classical curriculum system,the reform of traditional single classical curriculum teaching methods,and the coordination of the whole process multiple classical curriculum assessment methods.Based on the clinical construction of classical courses,this research constructed a network of traditional Chinese medical records-classic knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine.Under this framework,it studied the examination and evaluation methods,decomposed and reconstructed the curriculum system step by step,and implemented hierarchical learning in classical theory teaching,clinical teaching,and experimental teaching assessment.The second is to define the level requirements for mastering the theory and clinical practice skills at different stages of classical learning,and constructed a diversified network of traditional Chinese medicine medical record knowledge design questions and assessment and evaluation methods.The third is to integrate the cultivation of traditional Chinese medicine clinical ability and interdisciplinary knowledge,aiming to deeply explore the internal laws of traditional Chinese medicine classic teaching and clinical teaching.
