TRPA1与TRPV4在牙龈瘤组织中的表达及其与临床病理特征的相关性

摘　　要：目的探讨瞬时受体电位通道A1(TRPA1)和瞬时受体电位通道V4(TRPV4)在牙龈瘤组织中的表达及其与临床病理特征的相关性。方法选取牙龈瘤患者78例作为研究对象,所有患者均行手术治疗,术中切除牙龈瘤组织并切除少许正常牙龈组织送检。采用免疫组化SP法测定样本内TRPA1、TRPV4表达,比较牙龈瘤组织与正常牙龈组织内TRPA1、TRPV4表达情况;并分析TRPA1、TRPV4表达与临床特征间关系。随访1年,分析TRPA1、TRPV4表达与患者复发率间的关系。结果牙龈瘤组织内TRPA1、TRPV4阳性表达率高于正常组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。TRPA1、TRPV4表达阳性组年龄<50岁、非药物性牙龈增生的患者占比高于阴性组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两者性别、BMI、病程、病理分型相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。78例患者随访1年,共30例复发,复发率为38.46%(30/78);复发患者TRPA1、TRPV4阳性表达率高于未复发患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论TRPA1、TRPV4在牙龈瘤组织中存在较高阳性表达,且高表达患者术后复发风险高。Objective To investigate the expression of transient receptor potential channel A1(TRPA1)and transient receptor potential channel V4(TRPV4)in gingival tumors and their correlation with clinicopathological characteristics.Methods 78 patients with gingival tumor were selected as the study subjects.All patients underwent surgical treatment.During the operation,the gingival tumor tissue was removed and a small amount of normal gingival tissue was removed for examination.The expression of TRPA1 and TRPV4 in the samples was determined by immunohistochemical SP method,and the expression of TRPA1 and TRPV4 in gingival tumor tissue and normal gingival tissue were compared;The relationship between the expression of TRPA1,TRPV4 and clinical characteristics was analyzed;The relationship between the expression of TRPA1 and TRPV4 and the recurrence rate of patients was analyzed after 1 year follow-up.Results The positive expression rate of TRPA1 and TRPV4 in gingival tumor tissue was higher than that in normal tissue(P;The age of TRPA1 positive group was less than 50 years old,and the proportion of non-drug gingival hyperplasia was higher than that of negative group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in sex,BMI,course of disease and pathological classification between the two groups(P>0.05);The age of TRPV4 expression group was less than 50 years old,and the proportion of non-drug gingival hyperplasia was higher than that of the negative group(P;There was no significant difference in sex,BMI,course of disease and pathological classification between the 2 groups(P>0.05);78 patients were followed up for 1 year,30 patients recurred,the recurrence rate was 38.46%(30/78);The positive expression rates of TRPA1 and TRPV4 in patients with recurrence were higher than those in patients without recurrence(P<0.05).Conclusion TRPA1 and TRPV4 are highly expressed in gingival tumors,and patients with high expression have a high risk of recurrence after surgery,which can guide clinical treatment to a certain extent.
