摘　　要：目的分析JMJD2B与造血前B细胞白血病转录因子相互作用蛋白(HPIP)在宫颈癌组织内的表达以及与患者预后的关系。方法选取75例宫颈癌患者,术中采集其癌组织与癌旁正常组织(距肿瘤组织边缘≥3 cm)分别纳入观察组与对照组,以免疫组化法测定两者的JMJD2B、HPIP表达差异。收集患者的年龄等一般资料,分析JMJD2B、HPIP表达与患者临床病理特征之间的关系。随访1年,分析JMJD2B、HPIP表达与宫颈癌患者预后的关系。结果观察组的JMJD2B、HPIP阳性表达率分别为53.33%(40/75)、45.33%(34/75),高于对照组的24.00%(18/75)、20.00%(15/75),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。JMJD2B、HPIP阳性表达与宫颈癌患者的年龄、病理类型、肿瘤分期无关,与患者的肿瘤直径、分化程度、淋巴结转移、浸润程度有关(P<0.05);JMJD2B、HPIP阳性表达患者的1年生存率分别为65.00%(26/40)、55.88%(19/34),均低于阴性表达患者的85.71%(30/35)、90.24%(37/41),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论JMJD2B、HPIP在宫颈癌患者的癌组织内呈高表达,且与患者的肿瘤直径、分化程度、淋巴结转移、浸润程度有关。两者表达阳性率越高,患者生存率越低。Objective To analyze the expression of JMJD2B and transcription factor interacting protein(HPIP)in cervical cancer tissue and its relationship with prognosis.Methods 75 patients with cervical cancer were selected,and their cancerous tissues and normal tissues adjacent to the tumor(≥3cm from the edge of the tumor tissue)were collected into the observation group and the control group,respectively.The differences in the expression of JMJD2B and HPIP between the 2 groups were determined by immunohistochemistry,and the general data such as the age of the patients were collected,and the relationship between the expression of JMJD2B and HPIP and the clinicopathological characteristics of the patients was analyzed;The relationship between the expression of JMJD2B and HPIP and the prognosis of patients with cervical cancer was analyzed after another 1-year follow-up.Results The positive expression rates of JMJD2B and HPIP in the observation group were 53.33%(40/75)and 45.33%(34/75)respectively,which were higher than those in the control group(24.00%(18/75)and 20.00%(15/75),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The positive expression of JMJD2B and HPIP was not related to the age,pathological type and tumor stage of cervical cancer patients,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);The difference was statistically significant(P;The 1-year survival rate of JMJD2B and HPIP positive expression patients was 65.00%(26/40)and 55.88%(19/34)respectively,which were lower than 85.71%(30/35)and 90.24%(37/41)of the negative expression patients,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion JMJD2B and HPIP are highly expressed in the cancer tissue of cervical cancer patients,and are related to the tumor diameter,differentiation degree,lymph node metastasis,and infiltration degree of the patients.The higher the positive expression rate of both,the lower the survival rate of patients.
