摘 要:目的探究宫颈癌组织中TPX2的表达水平及其与放疗敏感性的相关性。方法选取54例宫颈癌患者的宫颈癌组织活检标本作为观察组,选取同期收治的经病理诊断为正常宫颈组织标本35例作为对照组。通过免疫组化法检测TPX2蛋白在2组组织中的表达,分析宫颈癌组织中TPX2蛋白的表达水平与患者年龄、病理类型、临床分期、病理分化程度以及淋巴结转移的关系。并对54例宫颈癌患者进行盆腔适形调强放疗治疗,在治疗后按照放疗疗效进行分组,CR为高敏感组,PR和SD为低敏感组,分析宫颈癌组织中TPX2蛋白表达与放疗敏感性的关系。结果TPX2蛋白在宫颈癌组织中的阳性表达率(87.04%)明显高于正常宫颈组织(8.57%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。TPX2蛋白的表达与宫颈癌患者的年龄、病理类型均无关(P>0.05),与临床分期、分化程度以及淋巴结转移均有关(P<0.05),且TPX2蛋白在放疗低敏感组的表达强度明显高于高敏感组(P<0.05)。结论TPX2蛋白在宫颈癌组织中高表达,其表达水平与宫颈癌的临床分期、分化程度、淋巴结转移具有一定相关性。TPX2水平会影响宫颈癌放射治疗的敏感性,其高表达可导致肿瘤放射抵抗。TPX2表达水平对预测宫颈癌患者放疗疗效具有重要意义。Objective To explore the expression level of TPX2 in cervical cancer and its correlation with radiotherapy sensitivity.Methods 54 cases of cervical cancer biopsy specimens were selected as the observation group,and 35 cases of normal cervical tissue specimens were selected as the control group.The expression of TPX2 protein in the 2 groups of tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry,and the relationship between the expression level of TPX2 protein in cervical cancer tissues and patients'age,pathological type,clinical stage,pathological differentiation and lymph node metastasis was analyzed.54 patients with cervical cancer were treated with pelvic intensity-modulated radiotherapy.After treatment,they were divided into two groups according to the curative effect of radiotherapy.CR was highly sensitive group and PR and SD were low sensitive groups.The relationship between the expression of TPX2 protein in cervical cancer tissues and radiotherapy sensitivity was analyzed.Results The positive expression rate of TPX2 protein in cervical cancer(87.04%)was significantly higher than that in normal cervical tissues(8.57%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression of TPX2 protein had nothing to do with the age and pathological type of cervical cancer patients(P>0.05).It was related to clinical stage,differentiation degree and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).The expression intensity of TPX2 protein in low sensitivity group was significantly higher than that in high sensitivity group(P<0.05).Conclusion TPX2 protein is highly expressed in cervical cancer,and its expression level is related to the clinical stage,differentiation degree and lymph node metastasis of cervical cancer.TPX2 level will affect the sensitivity of radiotherapy for cervical cancer,and its high expression will lead to tumor radiation resistance.The expression level of TPX2 is of great significance in predicting the curative effect of radiotherapy in patients with cervical cancer.
