正畸支抗使用微种植钉对牙根牙周及组织损伤的影响分析

摘　　要：目的探究正畸支抗使用微种植钉对牙根牙周及组织损伤的影响。方法方便选取2021年2月—2022年11月江苏省盱眙县人民医院口腔门诊进行口腔正畸治疗的76例患者为研究对象,采用电脑盲选法分为两组,每组38例,对照组接受常规支抗治疗,观察组使用微种植钉支抗治疗。比较两组患者牙根牙周及组织损伤、牙齿美学效果以及不良事件发生情况。结果观察组牙根牙周组织损伤发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组各项牙齿美学效果指标评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组不良事件发生率为5.26%,低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.208,P<0.05)。结论正畸支抗使用微种植钉治疗的效果会更好,不会过度损伤患者牙根牙周及组织,亦可提高患者牙齿美学效果,减少组织水肿、牙齿脱落和牙龈炎等不良事件发生风险。Objective To investigate the effect of micro-implant nail for orthodontic anchorage on periodontal and tissue damage of the root.Methods A total of 76 patients undergoing orthodontic treatment in the oral outpatient department of Xuyi County People's Hospital of Jiangsu Province from February 2021 to November 2022 were conveniently selected as the study objects,and were divided into two groups by computer blind selection method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group received conventional anchorage treatment and the observation group received micro-implant anchorage treatment.The root periodontal tissue injury,dental aesthetic effect and adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of root periodontal tissue injury in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of dental aesthetic effects in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group(5.26%)was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.208,P<0.05).Conclusion Orthodontic anchorage with micro-implant nails can achieve better treatment effect without excessive damage to the root periodontal and tissue of patients,improve the aesthetic effect of patients'teeth,and reduce the risk of adverse events such as tissue edema,tooth loss and gingivitis.
