摘　　要：目的分析DSG-Ⅲ型生物信息红外肝病治疗仪治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的效果。方法简单随机选取2023年4—7月巨野县人民医院感染疾病科收治的60例非酒精性脂肪肝患者为研究对象,经随机数表法分成对照组、研究组,每组30例。对照组实施一般治疗方案,研究组实施一般治疗方案+肝病治疗仪治疗。比较两组临床治疗效果、肝功能指标、血脂指数、肝脏彩色超声改变。结果研究组临床治疗效果高于对照组(96.67%vs 80.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.043,P<0.05)。研究组肝脏彩色超声学好转改变的总好转率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇值高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇值和肝功能指标低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论对非酒精性脂肪肝患者行DSG-Ⅲ型生物信息红外肝病治疗仪治疗可有效缓解病症,改善肝功能。Objective To analyze the effect of DSG-Ⅲbioinformatic infrared liver disease therapeutic instrument in the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).Methods A total of 60 cases of NAFLD patients admitted to the Department of Infectious Diseases of Juye County People's Hospital from April to July 2023 were simple randomly selected as study objects and divided into the control group and the study group by the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group implemented the general treatment plan and the study group implemented the general treatment plan+liver disease therapeutic instrument treatment.The clinical treatment effect,liver function index,lipid index and liver color ultrasonography improvement changes between the two groups were compared.Results The clinical treatment effect of the study group was higher than that of the control group(96.67%vs 80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.043,P<0.05).The total improvement rate of hepatic color ultrasonographic improvement change in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The high density lipoprotein cholesterol value of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total cholesterol,triacylglycerol,Low density lipoprotein cholesterol values and liver function indexes were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion DSG-Ⅲtype bioinformatic infrared liver disease therapeutic instrument can effectively alleviate the disease and improve the liver function of patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.
