摘 要:青少年特发性脊柱侧凸是脊柱侧凸中的最常见类型,不仅危害青少年的体格健康,还可能产生自卑、恐惧、自闭等不良情绪,影响其心理健康发展,漫长的治疗周期也给社会及家庭带来沉重的经济压力。因此,青少年特发性脊柱侧凸早发现早治疗意义重大。目前观察法、Adams测试和躯干旋转角度测量法仍是脊柱侧凸主流筛查方式。X线摄片是脊柱侧凸诊断的金标准,体表地形摄影、三维超声及人工智能算法等相关研究,有望减少脊柱侧凸影像诊断的辐射暴露。本文对近年来脊柱侧凸筛查手段和诊断方法的研究进展进行综述。Adolescent idiopathic scoliosis is the most common type of scoliosis.It not only harms the physical health of adolescents,but may also cause negative emotions such as inferiority,fear,and autism.It affects their mental health development,and its long treatment cycle also brings heavy economic pressure to society and families.Therefore,early detection and early treatment of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis are of great significance.At present,observation,Adams test and measurement of angle of trunk rotation are still the mainstream scoliosis screening methods.X-rays are the gold standard for scoliosis diagnosis.Related research such as body surface topography photography,three-dimensional ultrasound and artificial intelligence algorithms are expected to reduce radiation exposure in scoliosis imaging diagnosis.This article reviews the research progress of scoliosis screening methods and diagnostic methods in recent years.
