冷热多模态消融术在胸腹特殊部位实体瘤的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的该研究旨在评估冷热多模态消融术在胸腹特殊部位实体瘤的技术引进,以获得循证医学证据并制定操作规范。方法纳入100例符合条件的肿瘤患者,采用康博刀多模态冷热消融系统进行手术治疗,并进行观察和随访。结果肿瘤直径小于4cm的病例冷冻冰球覆盖率为(98.6±0.4)%,直径大于4cm的为(90.3±5.4)%。根据RECIST疗效评价,不同时间点的有效缓解率分别为56.4%、56.2%、55.4%和53.9%。术后并发症包括发热、咯血、气胸、胸腔积液和冷休克。结论冷热多模态消融术在治疗胸腹特殊部位实体瘤方面安全有效,特别是针对于直径小于4cm的肿瘤。然而,肿瘤患者可能出现一些不良反应,需加强并发症预防和管理。该研究提供了循证医学证据,有助于制定操作规范,为患者提供更安全有效的治疗方案。Objective This study aims to evaluate the technical introduction of cold and hot multimodal ablation in the treatment of solid tumors in specific areas of the chest and abdomen,in order to obtain evidence-based medicine and develop operational standards.Method 100 eligible tumor patients were included and underwent surgical treatment using the Kangbo knife multimodal cold and hot ablation system,followed by observation and follow-up.Result The coverage rate of frozen ice balls was(98.6±0.4)%for cases with tumor diameter less than 4cm,and(90.3±5.4)%for cases with diameter greater than 4cm.According to the RECIST efficacy evaluation,the effective response rates at different time points were 56.4%,56.2%,55.4%,and 53.9%,respectively.Postoperative complications include fever,hemoptysis,pneumothorax,pleural effusion,and cold shock.Conclusion Cold and hot multimodal ablation is safe and effective in treating solid tumors in special areas of the chest and abdomen,especially for tumors with a diameter less than 4cm.However,cancer patients may experience some adverse reactions,and it is necessary to strengthen the prevention and management of complications.The study provides evidence-based medicine evidence,which helps to develop operational norms and provide safer and more effective treatment plans for patients.
