基层医院临床护士信息素养与科研创新能力培养的实证研究

摘　　要：目的探究基层医院临床护士信息素养与科研创新能力的相关性以及基层医院临床护士信息素养与科研创新能力培训方案。方法按照随机数字表法随机抽取惠州市第六人民医院临床护士300名作为研究对象,研究基层医院在岗临床护士信息素养以及科研创新能力现状水平以及影响因素,针对基层医院临床护士的信息素养、科研创新能力的现状水平及其影响因素,制定基层医院临床护士信息素养和科研创新能力的理论和实践培训方案。研究完成培训后基层医院护士的信息素养以及科研创新能力水平。结果基层医院信息素养与科研能力以及创新能力相关性分别为0.940、0.949(P<0.05)。经过本轮培训后,基层医院临床护士信息素养、科研能力以及创新能力综合得分都显著得到提高,结果具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基层医院临床护士信息素养与科研创新能力呈正相关,该研究使用的理论联系实践培训方案效果显著,对基层医院信息素养与科研创新能力提高有一定的指导意义。Objective To explore the correlation between information literacy and scientific research innovation ability of clinical nurses in primary hospitals and the training program of information literacy and scientific research innovation ability of clinical nurses in primary hospitals.Methods According to the random number table method,300 clinical nurses from the Sixth People's Hospital of Huizhou were randomly selected as the research objects to study the current level of information literacy and scientific research and innovation ability of clinical nurses in primary hospitals and the influencing factors.To develop theoretical and practical training programs for information literacy and scientific research innovation ability of primary clinical nurses.To study the information literacy and scientific research and innovation ability of nurses in basic hospitals after training.Results The correlations between information literacy and scientific research ability and innovation ability were 0.940 and 0.949(P<0.05),respectively.After this round of training,the comprehensive scores of information literacy,scientific research ability and innovation ability of clinical nurses in grassroots hospitals were significantly improved,and the results were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The information literacy of clinical nurses in primary hospitals is positively correlated with the ability of scientific research and innovation.The theoretical and practical training program used in this study has significant effects,and has certain guiding significance for the improvement of information literacy and scientific research and innovation ability in primary hospitals.
