摘  要:了解住院医师规培生(以下简称住培生)的自主学习现状,分析原因,提出培养建议。结果显示:住培生的自主学习时间较少、学习途径较单一,自主学习能力有待进一步提升,建议强化住培生自主学习能力的培养,提高其自主学习的主动性,优化其培训安排,拓宽其自主学习的途径,加强教师队伍的建设。This study aims to understand the current status of self-directed learning among resident physicians in training(hereinafter referred to as residents),analyze the reasons,and propose cultivation suggestions.The results show that residents have limited time for selfdirected learning,and their learning methods are relatively singular.Their ability for self-directed learning needs further improvement.It is suggested to strengthen the cultivation of residents'self-directed learning ability,enhance their initiative in self-directed learning,optimize their training arrangements,broaden their avenues for self-directed learning,and strengthen the construction of the teaching faculty.
