中医医院新护士中医护理岗前规范化培训需求的调查分析

摘　　要：目的:了解中医医院新入职护士岗前培训中中医护理知识的培训情况,为建立中医护理内容的规范化培训体系提供依据。方法:采用调查性方法,抽取上海市二级以上中医、中西医结合医院的174名护士作为研究对象,采用一般情况和培训现况调查表进行数据收集,分析新护士的中医护理知识培训情况。结果:70.69%的护士对当前中医护理满意;46.55%的护士期望培训时间在30分钟以内;60.34%的护士对于培训频次的期望是每季度1次;培训形式中,选择网络课程自学的频次最多;培训师资选择频次从高到低依次是临床经验丰富的护理人员、从事护理教学的教师、中医临床医生、护理管理者;培训内容需求前3位为常见中医护理技术的相关知识、生活起居护理、常见疾病康复知识。结论:中医医院新护士对中医护理知识的满意度较高,建议在以后的培训中形式多样化,内容贴近临床,以解决临床实际护理问题。Objective:To understand the training situation of traditional Chinese nursing knowledge in pre-service training for newly recruited nurses in traditional Chinese hospitals,and to provide a basis for establishing a standardized training system for traditional Chinese nursing content.Methods:A survey method was adopted to conveniently select 174 nurses from second-level or above traditional Chinese and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine hospitals in Shanghai as research subjects.General information and training status survey forms were used for data collection,and the training situation of new nurses in traditional Chinese nursing knowledge was analyzed.Results:70.69%of new nurses were satisfied with the current traditional Chinese nursing;46.55%of nurses expected training time to be within 30 minutes;60.34%of nurses expected training frequency to be once per quarter;among the training forms,the most frequent choice was self-study of online courses by nurses(141/34.39%);the desired training qualifications in descending order were nurses with rich clinical experience(144/34.78%),nursing teachers(105/25.36%),traditional Chinese clinical doctors(102/24.64%),and nursing managers(63/15.22%);the top three content demands for training were related knowledge of common traditional Chinese nursing techniques,activities of daily living nursing,and knowledge of common disease rehabilitation.Conclusion:New nurses in traditional Chinese hospitals have a high satisfaction with traditional Chinese nursing knowledge.It is recommended to diversify the training forms in future training,and the training content needs to be close to clinical practice to address actual nursing problems.
