摘 要:目的:探讨图尔敏论证模式联合微格教学在口腔种植科临床护理带教中的应用效果。方法:选取口腔种植科轮转护士60人,随机分为对照组(n=30)和试验组(n=30)。对照组采用传统教学模式,试验组采用图尔敏论证模式联合微格教学,观察两组带教效果并分析讨论差异。结果:试验组的理论和操作成绩、评判性思维能力、带教满意度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在口腔种植科临床护理带教中应用图尔敏论证模式联合微格教学,可有效提高轮转护士的带教效果和满意度。Objective:To explore the application and effectiveness evaluation of the Toulmin argumentation model combined with the microteaching method in clinical nursing supervision of oral implantology.Methods:Sixty nurses rotating in the oral implantology department were randomly divided into a control group(n=30)and an experimental group(n=30).The control group received traditional teaching methods,while the experimental group received instruction using the Toulmin argumentation model combined with the microteaching method.The teaching effects of the two groups were observed and analyzed for differences.Results:The experimental group showed significantly higher theoretical and practical examination scores,critical thinking ability scores,and satisfaction with supervision compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the Toulmin argumentation model combined with the microteaching method in clinical nursing supervision of oral implantology can effectively improve the learning outcomes and satisfaction of rotating nurses.
