摘 要:目的:研究SMART原则下体验式教学在手术室实习护生带教中的应用效果。方法:选取实习护生80名并随机分为两组。其中,40名设为对照组,应用手术室传统教学模式;40名设为试验组,应用SMART原则下体验式教学法。结果:试验组的出科考核成绩、综合能力和自主学习能力均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:SMART原则下体验式教学能够显著提高手术室实习护生的带教效果,值得应用。Objective:To investigate the effectiveness of experiential teaching applying SMART principles in operating room internship nursing education.Methods:Eighty operating room internship nursing students from our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.Among them,40 were assigned to the control group,which received traditional operating room teaching methods,and 40 were assigned to the experimental group,which received experiential teaching applying SMART principles.Results:The experimental group showed significantly higher scores in exit exam assessments,comprehensive ability evaluations,and self-learning ability evaluations compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Experiential teaching applying SMART principles in the operating room significantly improving the effectiveness of internship nursing education.Therefore,it is worth implementing.
