摘 要:目的:思考以过程为导向的引导探究式学习(process oriented guided inquiry learning,POGIL)混合线上教学在急诊科护理培训中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年5月至2021年5月急诊科实习护生46人作为试验对象,均分为两组,对照组23人应用传统教学法进行临床带教,试验组23人应用POGIL混合线上教学法进行临床带教。结果:试验组专科理论知识、专科实践操作、解决问题能力3项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。满意度调查结果显示试验组各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:POGIL混合线上教学有效提高护生理论实践成绩,增加教学满意度,并有效培养思维能力。Objective:To explore the application effect of Process Oriented Guided Inquiry Learning(POGIL)blended online teaching in emergency nursing training.Methods:Forty-six emergency nursing interns from May 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the experimental subjects.They were divided into two groups according to their internship time.The control group of 23 interns received traditional clinical teaching;while the experimental group of 23 interns received POGIL blended online teaching.Results:The experimental group showed higher scores in specialty theoretical knowledge,practical skills,and problem-solving ability compared to the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The satisfaction survey results at the end of the training showed that the scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group in all aspects,with statistically significant differences(P<O.05).Conclusion:POGIL blended online teaching effectively improves the theoretical and practical scores of nursing interns,increases teaching satisfaction,facilitates nursing interns'participation in clinical activities,and effectively cultivates their thinking ability.
