摘  要:目的:研究正反例同步的模拟教学法在呼吸与危重症医学科护理实习生带教中的应用效果。方法:选取呼吸与危重症医学科67名护理实习生为研究对象,随机分成对照组(n=34)与试验组(n=33),分别应用传统教学法与正反例同步的模拟教学法进行带教,对两组教学效果对比分析。结果:试验组理论知识和操作技能、综合能力、行为表现的评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:呼吸与危重症医学科运用正反例同步的模拟教学法可提高教学效果,改善护理实习生在教学过程中的行为表现。Purpose:To study the application effect of the synchronous positive and negative example simulation teaching method in the supervision of respiratory and critical care nursing interns.Methods:Sixty-seven nursing interns in the respiratory and critical care medicine department were randomly divided into a control group of 34(traditional teaching method)and an experimental group of 33(synchronous positive and negative example simulation teaching method).After one month of supervision,the teaching evaluation indicators of the two groups were collected and compared.Results:The scores of theoretical knowledge and operational skills assessment,comprehensive ability,and behavioral performance in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of synchronous positive and negative example simulation teaching method in respiratory and critical care medicine can improve teaching effectiveness and enhance the behavioral performance of nursing interns during teaching.
