Objective:By analyzing the psychological health status of pediatric graduate students before and during the pandemic,as well as its influencing factors, this study aims to explore the establishment of a psychological health work system for graduate students. Methods:A longitudinal study on the psychological health of graduate students was conducted using the Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale(CES-D)for questionnaire surveys.One-way ANOVA was used for intergroup comparisons, and logistic multiple regression was used for multifactor analysis. Results:There were significant differences in the mean scores of depressive symptoms among graduate students in the early and middle stages of the pandemic. The mean CES-D score of graduate students in the early stage of the pandemic was 15.80±9.270,while it was 10.39±8.249 in the middle stage.Conclusion:Clinical-oriented graduate students have a higher risk of depressive symptoms compared to research-oriented graduate students. The COVID-19 pandemic provides an opportunity to establish a more comprehensive psychological health work system for graduate students.
