摘  要:孙一奎中医学术思想受道文化影响,孙一奎定命门位置于两肾之间,命门为先天元气与后天元气相系之界。先天元气为无极,先天元气化生后天元气,后天元气即为太极。太极动而生阳,静而生阴;后天元气化生后天元阳、后天元阴。后天元阳为肾间动气,名之动气,乃由动而生,即阳动之意;后天元阴化生血肉物质躯体;后天元阳恒动鼓运血肉物质躯体,助之显现生机。三焦者,元气之别使;后天元阳藉三焦为敷布之径,是谓三焦相火;内至脏腑,外达肌腠,温蕴有形躯体以裨助生生不息之机。后天元阳为三焦相火之源,后天元阳虚馁,三焦相火衰微而诸病丛生。固命门后天元气之本尤责于培补后天元阳,孙一奎临证温补脾肾以复后天元阳,融合少火之药与壮火之品,汇甘温益气药并辛热温阳品于一炉,如人参、白术、黄芪合干姜、附子、肉桂等。温补脾肾,反哺添益后天元阳,裨益三焦相火之源,而疾恙自复。据此,周斌教授建构出“元气化生周流模型”之理法方药体系。生理状态,温补脾肾可助老而不衰以尽终天年不夭殇;病理状态,周身脏、腑、体、官、窍等各处病变,当以温补脾肾为基础治则。基于建构之理法方药体系,阐释温补脾肾-固本培元之中医学原理及其在抗衰老和慢性病治疗方面的实际应用,为慢性病中医药防治研究领域提供开拓性理论,从中医药维度助力健康中国战略推进。SUN Yikui's academic thoughts on traditional Chinese medicine were influenced by Taoist culture,SUN Yikui confirmed the Mingmen is located between the two kidneys,which is the boundary between the pre-heaven primordial qi and the post-heaven primordial qi.The pre-heaven primordial qi is Wu Chi,and the pre-heaven primordial qi transforms into the post-heaven primordial qi,and the post-heaven primordial qi is Tai Chi.Tai Chi generates yang when moving,and generates yin when it is still;The post-heaven primordial qi transforms into the post-heaven primordial yang and the post-heaven primordial yin.The post-heaven primordial yang is the moving qi between the kidneys,the name moving qi comes from movement,which means yang movement;The post-heaven primordial yin transforms into a material body of flesh and blood;The post-heaven primordial yang constant movement drums and moves the flesh and blood material body to help it manifest vitality.The three burners is one of a paths of the primordial qi;The post-heaven primordial yang uses the three burners as a path for compresses,so it is called the triple burners phase fire;Thereby achieving reaches the internal organs,and reaches the muscles externally,which warming the physical body to support the opportunity for endless rebirth.The post-heaven primordial yang is the source of the triple burners phase fire,the post-heaven primordial yang is deficient and the triple burners phase fire is weakened and causes various diseases.The foundation of the post-heaven primordial qi of the Mingmen is especially responsible for cultivating the post-heaven primordial yang.SUN Yikui warms and tonifies the spleen and kidneys to restore the post-heaven primordial yang in clinical syndromes.SUN Yikui combining herbs that reduce fire and herbs that strengthen fire,combine sweet and warming qi herbs with pungent heat and warmth yang herbs in one furnace,such as ginseng,atractylodes,astragalus combined with dried ginger,aconite,cinnamon and so on.By warming and tonifying the spleen and kidneys,
