基于创业促就业的高校辅导员创业教育策略刍论

摘　　要：作为就业驱动力的一种,创业教育在高等教育领域受到较多关注,被认为是孵化创新创业人才的主要方式。高校辅导员作为与学生关系最密切的教育工作者,在创业教育中发挥着重要的作用。文章概述创业教育的内涵及意义,探讨高校辅导员的职责及其在创业教育中的作用,揭示大学生创新创业教育工作存在的问题,如大学生创业意识不足、教育师资缺乏、实践资源缺乏、创业氛围及文化不足等,并据此提出高校辅导员开展创业教育的策略,包括提升创业教育意识、设计和实施创业教育课程、构建创业教育实践平台、营造有利于创业的校园文化等,以促进学生更好就业。As a driving force for employment,entrepreneurship education has received more attention in the field of higher education and is considered the main way to incubate innovative and entrepreneurial talents.College counselors,as educators with the closest relationship with students,play an important role in entrepreneurship education.The article outlines the connotation and significance of entrepreneurship education,explores the responsibilities of college counselors and their role in entrepreneurship education,reveals the problems in the work of innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students,such as insufficient entrepreneurial awareness,lack of educational teachers,lack of practical resources,insufficient entrepreneurial atmosphere and culture,etc.Based on this,it proposes strategies for college counselors to carry out entrepreneurship education,including enhancing entrepreneurial education awareness,designing and implementing entrepreneurship education courses,constructing entrepreneurship education practice plaforms,and creating a campus culture conducive to entrepreneurship,in order to promote better employment for students.
