基于核心素养的中学大课间体育活动探讨

摘  要:随着素质教育理念的日益深化,体育学科之于学生健康成长的重要性愈来愈受到重视。大课间体育活动是中学体育的重要组成部分,对于促进学生的身心健康发展,提升学生的社交素养具有积极意义,也是发展学生体育学科核心素养的重要载体。在教学实践中,教师可基于大课间体育活动存在的问题,科学规划大课间体育活动目标,充分挖掘大课间体育活动内容,精心设计大课间体育活动形式,合理实施大课间体育活动评价,以此充分发挥大课间体育活动的作用,进一步提高学生的体育核心素养。With the deepening of the concept of quality education,the importance of physical education for the healthy growth of students is increasingly being paid attention to and valued.Sports activities during break time are an important component of middle school physical education,which have positive significance in promoting the physical and mental health development of students,enhancing their social literacy,and serving as an important carrier for developing their core competencies in the field of physical education.In teaching practice,teachers can scientifically plan the goals of physical activities during break time based on the problems existing in physical activities,fully explore the content of physical activities during break time,carefully design the forms of physical activities during break time,and reasonably implement the evaluation of physical activities during break time,in order to fully play the role of physical activities during break time and further improve students'core physical competencies.
