中国古代对温泉疗疾的认知与利用

摘　　要：利用传世文献和出土文献中的相关资料,阐释温泉的命名理据,深入探讨和系统总结古代温泉的医学价值与功能等相关问题。温泉具有调节气机、扶正祛邪、温通经脉等作用,自汉代以来备受关注和推广,被广泛应用于生命赋能、疾患防治以及伤病康复等领域。在这个过程中,人们积累了丰富的理论认知和实践经验,温泉成为文人墨客创作或记载的主题,也是社会历史文化的载体。古代医学典籍中记载温泉疗疾的应用,主要涉及风寒、皮肤、湿热、呼吸、消化、时疫等多种类型的疾病。温泉防治疾病的效果,除了与温泉温度及其对人体的物理刺激有关外,其中所含的硫磺、丹砂、矾石等矿物质或微量元素也是必要条件。古代对温泉疗疾的认知成果和实践基础,为当代临床运用和学术研究提供了重要的参考和探索方向。Using relevant records from handed-down literature and unearthed materials,this papers explains the rationale for the naming of hot springs,deeply discusses and systematically summarizes its medical values and functions in ancient times.Hot springs have the effects of regulating qi movement,supporting vital qi and dispelling evil,and warming and dredging meridians,which have attracted much attention and promotion since the Han Dynasty and thus been widely employed in the fields of life empowerment,prevention and treatment of diseases,and rehabilitation for injuries.Historically,people have accumulated rich theoretical cognition and practical experience in its use.Hot springs have become the theme of literary creation or document by literati,as well as the carrier of social history and culture.The medical applications of hot springs in ancient medical classics mainly involve treating various diseases such as windcold,damp-heat,skin problems,respiratory and digestive systems,epidemic diseases,etc.In addition to its temperature and physical stimulation to the human body,the effect of hot springs on the prevention and treatment of diseases is also related to the minerals or trace elements they contain such as sulfur,cinnabar and alum.The cognitive achievements and practical basis of ancient hot spring therapy can provide an important reference and exploration direction for corresponding contemporary clinical applications and academic researches.
