摘 要:在分析现有公路货运站站级标准划分依据以及国内外中小企业划分依据的基础上,从设施设备、资产、经营状况、管理及服务4个方面,初步选取了10个指标作为公路货运站站级标准划分依据,采用问卷调查的方式,选择16名专家对初步提出的10个指标的重要性进行评判,分别采用模糊德尔菲法和灰色德尔菲法分析10个指标的相对重要性,对比分析两种不确定性方法的计算结果,并采用交集的原则确定公路货运站站级标准划分依据。研究结果表明:选取占地面积、处理能力和注册资金3个指标作为公路货运站站级标准划分依据是相对科学、合理的。Based on the analysis of the basis for the classification of existing highway freight stations and the basis for the classification of domestic and foreign small and medium-sized enterprises,10 preliminary indicators were selected as the classification standards of highway freight stations from four aspects of facilities and equipment,assets,operating conditions,management,and services.A questionnaire survey was adopted,and 16 experts were selected to evaluate the importance of the 10 initially proposed indicators.The fuzzy Delphi method and the gray Delphi method were used to analyze the relative importance of the 10 indicators.The calculation results of the two uncertainty methods were compared and analyzed,and the principle of intersection was used to determine the basis for the classification standards of highway freight stations.The results show that it is relatively scientific and reasonable to select three indicators:floor space,processing capacity,and registered capital as the basis for the classification standard of highway freight stations.
