摘 要:目的分析实习护生自主学习准备度、有效教学行为及职业认同感的关系,探究自主学习准备度在有效教学行为与职业认同感关系中的中介作用。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2021年11月至12月在泰安市3所教学医院实习的423名护理实习生,采用有效教学行为问卷、护生自主学习准备度量表、护生职业认同感问卷进行调查。结果职业认同感总得分(61.00±12.40)分,自主学习准备度总得分(153.52±23.39)分,有效教学行为总得分(248.65±56.50)分,且三者呈正相关(P<0.01)。自主学习准备度在有效教学行为与职业认同感之间起部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的69.48%。结论护理实习生的职业认同感总体水平较高,护理管理者可通过提高护生的自主学习能力和带教老师有效教学行为,以进一步提升职业认同感水平。Objective To analyze the correlation between autonomous learning readiness,effective teaching behavior and professional identity of nursing students;explore mediating role of autonomous learning readiness between effective teaching behavior and professional identity.Methods A convenience sampling method was used to select 423 nursing interns who practiced in three teaching hospitals in Tai′an City from November to December 2021,and a questionnaire on effective teaching behaviors,a nursing student′s readiness for self-directed learning scale,and a questionnaire on nursing students′sense of professional identity were used to conduct the survey.Results The total score of professional identity was 61.00±12.40,the total score of self-directed learning readiness was 153.52±23.39,the total score of effective teaching behavior was 248.65±56.50,and the three were positively correlated(P<0.01).Autonomous learning readiness played the partial mediating role between effective teaching behavior and professional identity,Intermediary effect accounts for 69.48%of the total effect.Conclusions The overall level of professional identity of nursing interns is high,and nursing administrators can improve the level of professional identity by improving the independent learning ability of nursing students and effective teaching behaviors of instructors in order to further enhance the level of professional identity.
