摘　　要：骨髓增生异常肿瘤(MDS)是一类以骨髓细胞发育异常和血细胞减少为标志的髓系恶性克隆性疾病,可发展为急性髓细胞白血病(AML)。10%~15%MDS患者表现为骨髓增生减低,该类患者被进一步划分为低增生性MDS(Hypo-MDS)。Hypo-MDS并非单一疾病,是多种疾病的混合谱系,该病患者临床表现、组织病理学和分子特征等方面异质性较大,因此其诊断和鉴别诊断较为困难。笔者拟对Hypo-MDS的发病机制、诊断、鉴别诊断及治疗的研究现状进行阐述,旨在为临床医师更准确地识别和治疗该病提供思路。Myelodysplastic neoplasms(MDS)are a group of clonal hematopoietic stem cell diseases,characterized by cytopenias,dysplasia in one or more of the major myeloid cell lines,with a potential to progress into acute myeloid leukemia(AML).10%-15%of MDS patients show reduced bone marrow hyperplasia,and these patients are further classified as hypoproliferative MDS(Hypo-MDS).Hypo-MDS is not a single disease,but a mixed spectrum of multiple diseases.It is highly heterogeneous in terms of clinical manifestations,histopathology,and molecular characteristics,so the diagnosis and differential diagnosis are difficult.This article intends to elaborate on the current research status of the pathogenesis,diagnosis,differential diagnosis,and treatment of Hypo-MDS,aiming to provide new ideas for clinicians to identify and treat the disease accurately.
